The Adult Camper Experience

Adult campers will participate in various fitness and conditioning sessions focusing on running, stregthening, flexibility and stretching led by former Olympians and national class Coaches.
Unique Training Experience
As part of the CRC Adult Program, campers will have the opportunity to run with Olympians and train under coaches Pat Tyson and Matt Centrowitz following the 5 Oregon Principles (Moderation, Progression, Adaptability, Variation, Callousing) developed by track and field legend Bill Dellinger. Former guests of the camp include Olympians Matthew Centrowitz, Julie Culley, Nick Rogers and Joan Benoit-Samuelson.

Portsmouth Abbey
The Abbey's 200 acre campus offers multiple grass fields for minimal impact training runs as well as a 400 meter outdoor track. Adult campers are housed in dormitories with three scheduled meals in the cafeteria. The adult dormitory has a kitchen, coin and credit card laundry facilities as well as a common lounging area with access to desktop computers and cable TV.
